Refund policy

Lo&Co. Boutique exchanges & returns for store credit ONLY. You must return your items within 7 days of receiving them. The items must have all tags, no wear, and must be unwashed. If you are planning a return or exchange, please be sure to make us aware first by sending us an email at hello@shoploandcoboutique.com. When we receive your email, you will be sent further instructions as to where to return your item, etc. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. All SALE and jewelry items are final. If you receive a product with a flaw, you must make us aware within the first 24hrs of opening your package. Please do so by sending us an email at hello@shoploandcoboutique.com, and we will be happy to get you taken care of!
